is a world-leading solar tracker solutions provider with installations in over 20 countries. We’re pioneers in R&D innovation, delivering efficient, reliable, and cost-effective solar tracking systems for photovoltaic power stations globally.

As we expand in Mexico, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager who is passionate about renewable energy, thrives in dynamic markets, and is ready to drive growth across the Mexico solar PV landscape.

What You’ll Do:

1. Build and grow strong relationships with key customers , ensuring exceptional service and support.
2. Lead the full sales cycle: from forecasting, contract negotiation, and order placement to product delivery and payment collection.
3. Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding Company footprint across the region.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Logistics) to ensure timely delivery and seamless project execution.
5. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing technical, financial, and logistical guidance.
6. Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across Mexico.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy and drive growth.

Who You Are:

1. * 5+ years in a similar role in the international solar PV or renewable energy sector.
2. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3. * Proven track record in key account management, contract negotiation, and solution selling.
4. * Strong customer focus, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. * Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
6. * Passionate about solar energy and able to convey that passion to clients at all levels.
7. * Flexible to travel across Australia as needed.
