THE ROLE

You own the full commercial lifecycle:

From sourcing opportunities → to closing deals → to leading execution → to expanding the account.

This is not a “maintenance” role. This is a build, grow, and scale role.

You don’t wait for opportunities - you create them.

You don’t manage accounts - you grow them.

RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Development & Lead Generation
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound activity, industry presence, and strategic networking
  • Build and maintain a strong, continuously active pipeline
  • Represent BARZILAI at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events with clear commercial intent
Sales & Deal Closure
  • Lead commercial conversations from first contact to signed deal
  • Deeply understand client strategy and translate it into compelling exhibition concepts
  • Negotiate and close deals while protecting margins and positioning BARZILAI as a premium partner
Account Ownership & Growth
  • Own and grow a portfolio of clients, with full accountability for revenue generation
  • Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and multi-show opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Project Leadership
  • Lead projects from kick-off to delivery in collaboration with design and production teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive alignment across all stakeholders
  • Take ownership of project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are maintained
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, creative output, and execution
  • Take full ownership of client satisfaction and overall project success
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow accounts in a B2B environment
  • Strong commercial instinct and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects end-to-end
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities in parallel
  • Ability to operate under pressure while handling multiple high-value opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Native or near-native level of English required
  • Additional languages (French or German) - strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (minimum 6 times per year)
