THE ROLEYou own the full commercial lifecycle:
From sourcing opportunities → to closing deals → to leading execution → to expanding the account.
This is not a “maintenance” role. This is a build, grow, and scale role.

RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Development & Lead Generation- Proactively generate new business through outbound activity, industry presence, and strategic networking
- Build and maintain a strong, continuously active pipeline
- Represent BARZILAI at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events with clear commercial intent
- Lead commercial conversations from first contact to signed deal
- Deeply understand client strategy and translate it into compelling exhibition concepts
- Negotiate and close deals while protecting margins and positioning BARZILAI as a premium partner
- Own and grow a portfolio of clients, with full accountability for revenue generation
- Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and multi-show opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Lead projects from kick-off to delivery in collaboration with design and production teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive alignment across all stakeholders
- Take ownership of project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are maintained
- Ensure alignment between client expectations, creative output, and execution
- Take full ownership of client satisfaction and overall project success
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow accounts in a B2B environment
- Strong commercial instinct and negotiation skills
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects end-to-end
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities in parallel
- Ability to operate under pressure while handling multiple high-value opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Native or near-native level of English required
- Additional languages (French or German) - strong advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally (minimum 6 times per year)
- You build and manage a high-value client portfolio
- You consistently generate new opportunities
- You close deals and expand accounts over time
- You operate with ownership, not dependency
