As we expand, we're looking for a rockstar VIP Account Manager to join our great team!
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VIP players.
- Support and engage players through personalized communication.
- Track and analyze player activity and behavior on a daily basis to identify trends, opportunities, and growth levers.
- Plan and execute promotions, content, and activities to drive player engagement and revenue growth.
- Manage and grow Facebook communities by creating engaging content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data, etc.) to support player engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role (account management, customer support, customer success, sales), and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, data analysis, and working with datasets) - strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights and business decisions
- Strong business mindset with a focus on growth, performance, and results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging and influencing players
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience in the gaming industry or a strong interest in gaming – an advantage
- Experience managing online communities (e.g., Facebook) – an advantage
- Native-level English; additional languages are a plus
