About the Opportunity

Our client, a growing and innovative technology organisation, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join their Engineering team during an exciting phase of platform growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of business, engineering, and data, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, deliverable technical outcomes.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders while helping drive product strategy, delivery execution, and platform scalability within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Technical Strategy

• Align technical delivery with company vision and roadmap
• Translate business requirements into clearly defined engineering deliverables
• Produce technical product documentation, specifications, and product designs
• Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams throughout delivery

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
• Own and prioritise the product backlog
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Data teams
• Run agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily scrums
• Identify delivery risks and proactively manage blockers

Continuous Improvement

• Track product and delivery performance metrics
• Use data to support roadmap and prioritisation decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and visibility across teams

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in a Technical Product Manager role within engineering-focused environments
• Strong understanding of:
• Cloud technologies
• APIs & microservices
• Agile delivery methodologies
• Big Data environments
• Experience managing:
• Sprint planning
• Backlogs
• Cross-functional stakeholder communication
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have

• Experience within scaling or fast-growing organisations
• Comfortable building processes and structure where needed
• Experience operating as a senior individual contributor
