About The Role
They are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator to support the Account Manager in the smooth delivery of client services, operational coordination, and compliance activities across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and working with both clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager with day-to-day client coordination and service delivery
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance visits, inspections, and reactive works
- Assist with managing relationships with external contractors and service providers
- Ensure service delivery activities are completed in line with health, safety, and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, reports, and asset information
- Track service requests, follow up on outstanding actions, and support issue resolution
- Assist with preparation of quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing administration
- Support workplace improvements and operational planning across client sites
What You Need
- 2+ years’ experience in a coordination, client services, facilities, property, or building services support role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, or service providers
- Working knowledge of health & safety and compliance processes
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (experience with CAFM systems an advantage)
- Ability to work in the office 5 days a week
