We are working with a leading building services engineering provider based in Dublin . They have been specialising in the installation, commissioning, maintenance and optimisation of mechanical, electrical and HVAC control systems since 1979. With a nationwide service footprint and 24-hour support, the company’s directly employed engineering teams and expert project delivery functions help clients drive asset performance, energy efficiency and long-term sustainability across commercial, institutional and critical facilities.


About The Role

They are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator to support the Account Manager in the smooth delivery of client services, operational coordination, and compliance activities across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and working with both clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Manager with day-to-day client coordination and service delivery
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams
  • Coordinate scheduled maintenance visits, inspections, and reactive works
  • Assist with managing relationships with external contractors and service providers
  • Ensure service delivery activities are completed in line with health, safety, and compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, reports, and asset information
  • Track service requests, follow up on outstanding actions, and support issue resolution
  • Assist with preparation of quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing administration
  • Support workplace improvements and operational planning across client sites


What You Need

  • 2+ years’ experience in a coordination, client services, facilities, property, or building services support role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, or service providers
  • Working knowledge of health & safety and compliance processes
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (experience with CAFM systems an advantage)
  • Ability to work in the office 5 days a week
