Compensation
- Average total compensation of €45K+ in Year 1 (top performers earn far beyond this from the jump)
- €66K+ in Year 2 (not a cap, everyone who is above average earns above this)
- Uncapped commissions based on performance, scaling as you move up
What we look for
- 1–5 years of experience in BDR, SDR, Telesales, or similar outbound sales roles
- Goal-oriented, ambitious, and hungry for rapid career growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and pipeline management skills
