Justice Haircare is a professional haircare brand with strong product-market fit, a loyal customer base, and a unique competitive advantage through our exclusive distribution within the Just Cuts salon network of 200+ salons.

We are at a critical stage of transformation rebuilding our marketing function, evolving our digital and e-commerce capabilities, and strengthening our international footprint.


The Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Brand Manager with experience in FMCG, beauty or retail-led environments. This role will be responsible for leading brand and portfolio strategy, product innovation and go-to-market execution across domestic and international markets.

You will define how the brand shows up across all markets and channels, ensuring global consistency while adapting to local market dynamics.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Commercial Ownership

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned to growth and revenue targets

• Own brand performance across salon retail, e-commerce and international markets

• Manage forecasting, pricing strategy and product mix to drive profitability

• Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor activity to inform decisions

Product Innovation & Portfolio Management

• Lead end-to-end innovation pipeline from concept to shelf

• Identify whitespace opportunities through consumer and market insights

• Manage product lifecycle, range reviews and SKU rationalisation

• Partner with supply chain and regulatory teams to deliver on-time launches

Go-To-Market & Retail Execution

• Lead integrated go-to-market strategies across retail, salon and digital channels

• Develop launch plans including distribution, merchandising and promotional strategy

• Ensure strong in-store and online execution aligned to brand standards

• Collaborate with retail partners and distributors to maximise sell-through

Global & Local Market Development

• Work with international distributors to drive brand growth in key markets

• Adapt global brand strategies to local market needs while maintaining consistency

• Support expansion into new markets and channels

Digital & Consumer Engagement

• Partner with Performance Marketer/digital teams to drive performance across DTC and marketplaces

own media strategy, creative & content.

• Ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all consumer touchpoints


Qualifications

  • Experience in Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, and Market Research
  • Strong skills in Campaign Development, Product Positioning, and Branding
  • Proficiency in Team Collaboration, Leadership, and Cross-functional Communication
  • Data Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to adapt to market changes and develop innovative solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Experience within the beauty, haircare, or FMCG industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management and digital marketing tools is an asset
