About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Innovation, this leadership role will oversee marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives across the organisation. Managing a small team, you will drive brand awareness, member engagement and digital communications strategies aligned to key business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies

• Managing digital campaigns, social media, email marketing and web content

• Leading member and stakeholder engagement initiatives

• Overseeing events, webinars and communications programs

• Managing media relations, branding and creative content

• Monitoring campaign performance and customer engagement insights

• Managing marketing budgets and external suppliers

About You

You are an experienced marketing and communications professional with strong digital capability, stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative leadership style.

You will bring:

• Experience in marketing and communications leadership roles

• Strong digital marketing and campaign management capability

• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot or WordPress

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive and commercially minded approach
