The Opportunity

We are seeking a creative and driven Assistant Brand Manager to join our Milklab Marketing team on a 12-month contract.

This role will support the delivery of annual brand plans with a strong focus on digital, social media, influencer marketing, and consumer engagement initiatives. You will play a key role in executing best-in-class campaigns that drive brand growth, relevance, and consumer connection.

• Manage social media activity across Meta and TikTok, including content planning, publishing, and reporting
• Coordinate influencer campaigns and consumer sampling initiatives
• Support the delivery of digital and content-led marketing campaigns
• Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners
• Support innovation projects and broader brand initiatives
• Manage brand and digital budgets and ensure activity aligns with brand guidelines

What You’ll Bring

• Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience
• Strong digital and social media marketing experience
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive and positive approach
• Passionate about marketing, brand growth, and consumer engagement
