About the job

We are looking for a digital marketing account manager with our office located in Mortlake 2137 (the Concord area) and this is a great hybrid role with a balance of working from home and office onsite days. The salary range for this role will be $90k p.a. plus super plus eligibility for commissions plan.

We are a fast-growing agency looking for a digital marketing account manager and someone who is familiar (and loves) HubSpot and with strong paid media experience!

Key Attributes:

  • You're great at details. (Like really amazing attention to detail because that's kinda important for this role.)
  • Great communication skills and proactive in nature. (You seem to get along with just about anyone and don't mind a good banter.)
  • You're great at creating and sticking to plans. (Otherwise you won't be happy and clients won't be happy.)
  • You're also good at keeping clients and team members on task. (Boundaries are important here - we don't need another "yes" man or woman.)
  • Process driven and able to prioritise and compartmentalise workload. (Which is a fancy way of saying you know how to stay organised and across your work.)
  • Commercially minded and business savvy. (We just love someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us achieve our goals!)
  • Eager to chip in and help out your team mates. (This is a biggie for us, because we're a source of support for each other when we need it the most.)
  • Customer centric, people person but confident to say no to clients and peers if it means staying steadfast to our client objectives. (We believe that saying no can often be the most genuine and caring thing you can do in the right situation.)
  • Gets excited by new technology. (With all the AI tech out there, we're definitely pumped and want you to be too.)
  • Loves learning. (We're self learners and even have our own internal book club running.)
  • HubSpot experience. We're Australia's fastest growing Diamond Partner so experience here will be highly regarded. (But as long as you're open to learning HubSpot, that's growth mindset right there.)


Experience Requirements:

  • You've worked at a digital marketing agency in an account management role.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Paid media experience, especially managing Google/Facebook ads.


Non-mandatory but highly regarded experience:

  • SEO.
  • Design skills.
  • Development skills.


Typical Day in the Life of a RedPanda:

  • Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly client work in progress (WIP) calls and updates.
  • Tasking internal departments and keeping them on track e.g. SEO, SEM, Strategist, Design & Development.
  • Listening to a client's business problems and then decipher them into actionable goals and subsequent action plans.
  • Reverse brief clients in written work for sign off.
  • Jumping in and out of HubSpot, Google Analytics and Facebook Ad dashboards.
