Ardent is on the lookout for a gun Paid Digital Account Manager to join our high-performing digital team!
This is a hands-on performance role for someone who lives and breathes Google Ads, Meta Ads and paid media performance. You’ll manage campaigns, optimise results, work directly with clients, and collaborate across SEO, creative, PR, web and strategy teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
We’re not looking for someone who just presses buttons.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns across a portfolio of clients, acting as their day-to-day paid digital lead.
This role is heavily focused on implementation, optimisation and performance delivery — with strong growth opportunities into strategy and senior client leadership over time.
Key Responsibilities
Setup, manage and optimise campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- TikTok Ads
- + other paid social channels
- Manage campaign performance across lead generation and eCommerce clients.
- Own campaign execution, optimisation, pacing and reporting
- Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimisation initiatives
- Coordinate internally with creative, SEO, PR and web teams to execute campaigns effectively
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for your clients
- Prepare reports, insights and performance recommendations
Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)
Experience or exposure to:
- DV360 & CM360
- Programmatic media (RTB House, Criteo, StackAdapt)
- AI tools for paid media (automation, creative generation, and campaign scaling)
- Building AI agents or apps to streamline workflows or enhance performance
- GA4 / Google Tag Manager
- Feed management platforms
- CRO and landing page optimisation
What You Bring
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and optimisation
- Experience across awareness, consideration and conversion campaigns
- Understanding of pixels, tracking, catalogues, feeds and attribution
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Commercial mindset with a proactive attitude
- A genuine desire to learn, improve and grow your career
- A technical curiosity for emerging tech, specifically in how AI can aid pad media management, automate reporting or creative testing.
