Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, for an Appliances Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and strengthening client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and managing accounts to meet customer needs. Other responsibilities include preparing quotes, coordinating projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and service process. The Account Manager will also work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and service teams to achieve business goals and meet performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Account management, customer relationship management, and client servicing experience
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of air conditioning solutions and related services is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for client visits
