SENIOR ACQUISITION ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - STOCKHOLM


The main purpose of the role is to acquire new enterprise clients for Insight – a classic “hunter” role. The right candidate will apply Insight’s sales strategies to meet your targets. You will need to master our value proposition, follow our sales process, developing and executing a comprehensive plan to be able to win business within your target accounts list.


As an Acquisition Account Executive, you will have a specific list of targeted enterprise accounts across Sweden, and your role will be geared towards building relationships and developing new business opportunities. In an ideal world, you will have a track record of building a solid client portfolio within the professional services space, managing and developing opportunities within mid-market or enterprise space.


The successful candidate will need to have an appetite for creating, developing, and closing new tech initiatives, being able to instill confidence and communicate efficiently with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner is vital for this role. We are looking to become our customers’ preferred AI partner!


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proven track record of selling outsourcing, IT consulting or complex software solutions to enterprise level accounts
  • Ability to build and develop business relationships with key stakeholders through various methods including networking, personal prospecting and events
  • Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment, ideally gained in similar environment/sector
  • A track record of managing lengthy complex pipeline deals and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, a consistent record of building positive relationships with senior stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to set expectations with new business partners and effectively leverage governance for a positive business partner experience
  • Highly skilled and experienced at negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes at executive levels
  • Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner

Stage 2: Interview with our Chief Commercial Officer (Bristol, UK Office)

  • In this stage, you will meet with our CCO to discuss the specifics of the role and qualifications. They will delve into your past experience and how they align with the responsibilities and expectations of this position.

Stage 3: Interview with our Senior Sales Manager & Head of Sales (Stockholm Office)

  • During this interview, you will come to our office in Stockholm to meet both our Senior Sales Manager & Head of Sales for the Sweden region.
