WorQ is seeking a highly driven and experienced sales professional to lead growth and business development efforts for our Miami location.


This role is focused on generating corporate leads, building broker relationships, conducting tours, closing deals, and increasing occupancy within a premium flexible office environment located in Brickell.


Responsibilities


* Generate and manage new business opportunities

* Conduct tours and close private office, coworking, and meeting room deals

* Develop relationships with brokers and corporate clients

* Create outbound sales strategies and partnerships

* Follow up with inbound leads in a timely and professional manner

* Attend networking and business events

* Maintain and manage CRM pipeline

* Help drive occupancy growth and revenue performance

* Collaborate with marketing initiatives and local partnerships


Requirements


* 3+ years of sales or business development experience

* Experience in coworking, commercial real estate, hospitality, luxury sales, or B2B sales preferred

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Professional appearance and presentation skills

* Self-motivated and highly organized

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

* English required; Spanish is a plus

* Existing network in Miami is a strong plus

* Experience with LinkedIn outreach and CRM systems preferred
