We are looking for a Senior Data Consultant / Data Solution Architect to support the implementation and evolution of an enterprise-wide data strategy within a large-scale organization.

The consultant will work closely with the Data Manager and business stakeholders to drive data governance, data architecture, reporting transformation, automation initiatives, and data culture adoption across the company.

The role combines strategic advisory, project coordination, business engagement, and hands-on expertise in data governance, reporting ecosystems, and enterprise data architecture.

The mission is focused on enabling better data management, integrated reporting, automation, analytics, and AI-driven value creation while ensuring compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 requirements.

Your mission:

• Support the deployment and continuous improvement of the enterprise Data Strategy
• Strengthen and operationalize Data Governance across the organization
• Coordinate and monitor data-related initiatives and governance projects
• Define and improve enterprise reporting and dashboarding strategies
• Contribute to the development of enterprise Data Architecture and Data Lineage
• Support the implementation of integrated reporting solutions across multiple data sources
• Lead or coordinate reporting automation initiatives together with IT teams
• Help define governance and prioritization mechanisms for reporting developments
• Promote Data Culture and Change Management initiatives across departments
• Ensure alignment between business processes, data flows, and reporting structures
• Facilitate collaboration between business and IT stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 standards throughout the mission

Your activities:

Data Governance

• Continue the development and structuring of Data Governance frameworks
• Act as PMO/support for governance-related initiatives
• Define and formalize data management processes and rules
• Promote governance standards and best practices across teams

Data Valorization & Analytics

• Develop and enhance data usage through:
• Reporting
• Analytics
• Automation
• AI-driven initiatives
  
• Support business stakeholders in identifying high-value reporting and analytical use cases

Reporting Strategy & Integrated Reporting

• Define the target organization for reporting developments:
• Centralized
• Decentralized
• Hybrid operating model
  
• Design and support integrated reporting environments combining multiple data sources
• Support dashboarding and reporting standardization initiatives

Data Architecture & Data Lineage

• Contribute to the development of enterprise Data Architecture
• Define and document complex Data Lineage across multiple source systems
• Ensure consistency between data lineage and business process descriptions
• Support data modeling and architecture governance

Reporting Automation & IT Coordination

• Coordinate reporting automation projects with IT teams
• Define prioritization mechanisms for reporting developments
• Align business expectations with technical delivery capabilities

Change Management & Data Culture

• Promote awareness of data governance principles and data management rules
• Increase organizational data literacy and ownership
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration and reduce data silos
• Support change management initiatives linked to data transformation
