Senior Product Manager - Public Sector

As a senior Product Manager within our Public team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing bespoke solutions for clients in the public sector. You will translate the sometimes complex requirements of clients and tenders into feasible and integrated solutions by proposing and deploying the various products and services we offer within our Bnode group. You will take the lead on public tenders: from analysis and pricing to drawing up quotations and securing approval from internal committees. Once a tender is awarded, you will also oversee the implementation of the solution at the client’s premises as part of a project. Furthermore, you will monitor market developments, ensure compliance with regulations and contribute to the development of more scalable and reusable solutions for public sector clients, working within an agile methodology.

Your Responsibilities

• As a true project manager, you will define and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Translate the needs of (prospective) clients into concrete product features and user stories;
• Work closely with the Product Owner to set priorities for development;
• Ensure coordination between business, IT and operational teams;
• Conduct market research and competitive analyses;
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement;
• Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies;
• Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Who are you?

• Ideally, you hold a master’s degree;
• You have experience with tenders, public procurement and/or clients in the public sector;
• You have several years’ relevant experience as a product or project manager – though we are certainly not put off by ambitious juniors;
• You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a good command of English;
• You have an analytical mindset, a sound commercial acumen and are able to represent our unique company in a compliant manner within this role.
