About the Role
This is a remote, growth-focused sales position responsible for developing new customer relationships and expanding existing business across transportation and logistics services.
The preferred candidate will be located in either Florida or Atlanta and bring strong experience within logistics or transportation sales environments. The role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who understands relationship-driven markets and is comfortable developing business across niche trade regions and customer bases.
This opportunity also offers long-term progression into broader commercial leadership responsibilities for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business across transportation and logistics services
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers across specialized regional markets
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective accounts
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and territory development activities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding
- Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
- Support long-term account growth and customer retention initiatives
- Contribute to broader commercial growth strategies and team development
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within logistics, transportation, or 3PL sales
- Strong understanding of regional freight and logistics markets
- Existing customer relationships within specialized trade lanes preferred
- Spanish speaking required
- Proven ability to generate and grow customer accounts
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a remote role
- Leadership potential and commercial mindset strongly preferred
