Compensation: $100,000 – $160,000 base + performance-based commission
Expected Earnings: $150,000 – $250,000+

We are entering a strong growth phase and are looking to expand our sales team with experienced technical sales professionals.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven, technically capable sales professional to lead global business development efforts for our advanced electrical measurement systems.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on closing complex, high-value deals—not managing a team.
You will work directly with customers such as:
- Calibration laboratories
- Transformer manufacturers
- Power utilities
- Research and standards organizations
What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities globally
- Build and manage a targeted account list
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Manage long sales cycles (6–24 months) with technical stakeholders
Customer Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to engineers, scientists, and technical teams
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Travel to customer sites and international industry events
Pipeline & Strategy
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Accurately forecast opportunities and timelines
- Support technical proposals and tender submissions
Market Development
- Identify emerging opportunities in:
- Grid modernization
- Transformer manufacturing
- Calibration laboratory expansion
- Provide market feedback to support product and business strategy
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales
- Background in electrical, instrumentation, or power-related industries
- Proven success selling high-value capital equipment or systems
- Strong ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred
- Electrical Engineering degree or technical equivalent
- Experience with:
- Power systems or high-voltage testing
- Test & measurement equipment
- Calibration or metrology environments
- Experience selling into global markets
