Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager position located in Chandler, AZ. The Account Manager will manage existing client accounts, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and cultivate strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role may also involve monitoring market trends, maintaining customer records, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Electrical Estimation, and Account Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management Skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate client records
• Organizational and time management skills to meet sales goals and deadlines
• Familiarity with critical power and air solutions or IT environments is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and relevant professional experience
