Atlanta, GA (On-Property)

Fulltime

$50,000 -- $60,000 base with strong bonus potential


Position Overview

LOGIK Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Coordinator to support the commercial efforts of a multi-property hotel portfolio. This role reports directly to the Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing and plays a critical role in ensuring inbound sales opportunities are handled efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with portfolio strategy.

Key Responsibilities:


Inbound Lead Management

  • Respond to assigned inbound sales leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with property teams to gather availability, rates, and operational details
  • Ensure communication is accurate, complete, and aligned with brand and company standards
  • Assist in routing and triaging leads across multiple properties


Sales & Administrative Support

  • Support proposal creation, contract preparation, and general sales documentation
  • Maintain organized sales files and documentation
  • Help ensure consistency in sales processes across the portfolio


CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records in LOGIK Management’s CRM system
  • Log activities, track lead progression, and ensure data integrity
  • Assist with basic reporting and pipeline tracking


Property Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between the corporate sales function and on-property teams
  • Support six hotels across Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Wyndham brands
  • Occasionally visit properties to support coordination and gain operational insight


Qualifications


Core Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Preferred (Not Required)

  • Previous hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools
  • Interest in pursuing a career in hospitality, sales, or commercial strategy
