An exceptional company who are international, are looking for an IT Service Owner/Engineer to join them and be the 'face of the company'.

You will technically be a Technical Account Manager, consulting customers and providing solutions.

Day-to-day Tasks :

• perform technical tasks, such as design ICT infrastructure, build the ICT infrastructure
• Listen to customers needs, consult and provide solutions
• implement the ICT onboard the vessel/Ship & document the solution
• Act as customers first technical contact
• Manage the full service lifecycle for each customer.

Requirements :

• Strong communication skills so you can offer exceptional customer satisfaction
• Ability to listen first and then consult
• Be technical and hands on and resolve issues if needed
• Leadership skills
• Shipping experience is an advantage
