Job Summary

Our client is a well-established commercial interiors and fit-out specialist delivering workplace, office refurbishment, and interior fit-out projects across Ireland. The business supports clients from design and planning through to project delivery, providing turnkey solutions across design, fit-out, mechanical and electrical coordination, and bespoke joinery for a wide range of commercial spaces.


Role Overview

This is a junior-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in project delivery within the fit-out sector. The successful candidate will support live projects across Leinster, Munster, and Connacht, with approximately 60% of the role based on site, so flexibility, mobility, and a hands-on approach will be essential. Our clients main office is based in Kildare.


Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and delivery of commercial fit-out and interiors projects from pre-start through to completion.
  • Assist with site logistics, project schedules, and progress tracking across multiple live projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to help ensure projects are progressing in line with programme.
  • Assist design teams throughout the project lifecycle and help coordinate key project inputs across design, M&E, and joinery teams.
  • Support the management of project documentation, daily reports, resource requirements, and general site administration.
  • Attend sites regularly and assist with day-to-day coordination to help maintain quality, programme, and smooth delivery.
  • Liaise with project managers and the wider delivery team to ensure issues are identified and resolved quickly.
  • Travel to client sites across Ireland, primarily throughout Leinster, Munster, and Connacht.


Requirements

  • A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, or a related discipline would be preferred.
  • Previous experience in construction, commercial interiors, fit-out, or a similar project-based environment would be advantageous.
  • A fit-out background would be highly desirable.
  • Full clean driver’s licence is essential.
  • Must be mobile and willing to travel regularly to sites across Ireland.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Comfortable working in a role that combines site exposure with project coordination and administration.
  • Strong interest in developing a career within commercial fit-out and project delivery.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, would be beneficial.
