- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, progress reports, and status updates.
- Maintain organized filing systems (hard and soft copies) for all project documentation.
- Assist in tracking identified risks and documenting mitigation actions.
- Report potential risks or issues affecting project execution.
- Support commissioning activities.
