UMC is currently seeking a Production Artist for our Home office in Neptune, NJ.
Requirements For a Production Artist
- Demonstrated experience in production art, graphic design, photography, videography, or a related role.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and photo/video editing; ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Multi-site marketing support, print-ready file preparation, vendor coordination, and photography/video editing.
- Creative Production: Produce visual materials including logos, flyers, posters, signage, toolkits, campaign collateral, social media graphics, and other branded Execute deliverables using approved concepts, templates, and brand standards.
- Content Capture (Photography & Videography): Capture and edit photos and short-form videos for the organization. This would include traveling to UMC's full-service and affordable housing communities, the Home Office in Neptune, NJ, off-site special events, and more, as The Production Artist would also be responsible for organizing and archiving visual content for reuse.
- Marketing & Initiative Support: Support the rollout of marketing campaigns, initiatives, programs, events, and special Independently manage assigned projects from intake through final delivery.
- Brand Standards & Quality Control: Maintain adherence to brand guidelines, develop and manage brand-approved templates (including Canva), and review all materials for accuracy and clarity prior to release.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with marketing, communications, operations, and program Communicate proactively regarding progress, revisions, or potential delays.
