Maintenance Coordinator - Multi-Location Support

The Coordinator will supervise maintenance staff, assign and review work to ensure timely completion, and maintain quality standards across all tasks. This position also serves as a primary contact for after-hours and emergency maintenance issues as part of an on-call rotation.
Additional responsibilities include preparing and submitting estimates and invoices for larger repair projects in accordance with agency procedures, as well as coordinating and performing landscaping and exterior property maintenance. The role also involves completing minor repairs and installations related to appliances, furniture, and office equipment as needed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in a facility maintenance leadership role
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in home and facility repair work, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and grounds maintenance
- Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to safely operate a variety of maintenance tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, ladders, and landscaping machinery
- Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing, with no more than 5 points
- Experience with work order systems and maintenance tracking databases preferred
- High school diploma or GED required and must be verifiable
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience required
