Our client is the Digital Experience & Media team of a global tech leader seeking a Digital Experience & Media Manager. This is a 6-month, 40 hours/week assignment with likely extension that will be onsite 5 days/week (nonnegotiable) in the Northern NJ office.

The Digital Experience & Media Manager must have:
- Experience in social media, influencer marketing, and CRM
- Knowledge of social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads
- Knowledge of Social and CRM best practices as well as basic understanding of Adobe campaign manager, JIRA/Confluence and other data audience management systems
- Skills in planning & organization to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams at one time
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office is required with an emphasis on quantitative analysis (Excel) and the creation of presentations (PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to analyze reports, campaign performance and synthesize recommendations
- Familiarity with Sprinklr reporting and community management capabilities
- Experience managing agency partners and relationships

- Skills in Tableau reporting and analysis

The Digital Experience & Media Manager will:
- Manage day-to-day Organic Social & CRM communications calendar and execution across all product categories
- Understand social trends and how they impact creative messaging and content strategy
- Drive CRM campaign performance optimization through data-driven testing, audience segmentation, and data science modeling
- Align creative with integrated marketing strategy to develop fit-for-purpose, consumer-centric content to impact the product category business driving positive sentiment and traffic to the main website
- Partner with corporate marketing team, adhering to governance council processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and campaigns are prioritized among other categories and receive fair share of voice across shared channels
- Manage execution of Social and CRM campaigns via internal tools with agency partners ensuring clear communication and prompt response time to ensure campaigns are sent on time and as intended
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
