Purpose

Idemia Payment France is accelerating its commercial transformation to drive sustainable growth, increase market share and strengthen its positioning with fintechs and strategic banking clients.


To support this ambition, we are creating a Senior Account Manager role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic fintech clients and selected banking clients with high growth potential but currently limited penetration.


This role is designed for a senior, high-caliber commercial profile, capable of combining strong account ownership with proactive business development on complex, long-term accounts, while working in close alignment with the General Manager France on strategic positioning.


Key Missions


The Senior Account Manager – Fintech & Strategic Banking Clients is accountable for:

• Owning and growing revenues on a portfolio of strategic fintech and banking clients

• Expanding Idemia’s share of wallet through value-based selling and structured account strategies

• Acting as a key execution and preparation partner to General Manager-led executive relationships

• Acting as a key execution and preparation partner to General Manager-led executive relationships

• Driving complex commercial initiatives in close collaboration with internal teams


Strategic Account Ownership

• Full commercial ownership of assigned fintech and strategic banking accounts

• Responsibility for revenues, renewals, upsell and long-term account growth

• Definition and execution of multi-year account strategies aligned with client priorities


Business Development & market share expansion

• Identify new use cases, entities, products or growth opportunities within client organizations

• Develop and close incremental business opportunities

• Build structured business cases aligned with client strategic objectives

• Actively contribute to increasing Idemia’s market share on under-penetrated accounts


Client relationship management

• Manage day-to-day and senior management relationships (N-1 / N-2 levels)

• Prepare, structure and follow up strategic and executive client meetings led by General Manager

• Ensure continuity and execution of commitments made at executive level

• Maintain high-quality engagement and client satisfaction


Cross-Functional Orchestration

• Coordinate internal stakeholders (Product, Technology, Customer Service, BD Digital & New Offers)

• Ensure effective execution without being absorbed by operational delivery

• Drive internal alignment to support client objectives and growth initiatives


Market and strategic intelligence

• Monitor client strategy, market trends and competitive dynamics

• Share structured insights with General Manager and management to inform commercial and strategic decisions


Profile & Other Information


Experience:

• 8–12+ years in B2B sales or account management within fintech, payments, banking or complex technology environments

• Proven experience managing strategic, high-stakes accounts

• Track record of driving revenue growth and market share expansion

• Ability to structure complex commercial discussions and business cases
