Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong relationships with key and target customers across the DACH region and beyond
- Identify new business opportunities, market potential, and prospective clients
- Develop and implement Customer Development Plans (CDPs) in collaboration with the Sales Director and VP Sales & Marketing
- Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts
- Support the development and execution of both local and customer-specific sales strategies
- Analyse market data to identify and forecast trends, advising on customer activities, brands, and market developments
Your Profile
- Degree in Business, Food Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally within flavours, ingredients, or food & beverage
- Strong track record managing and developing customer relationships
- Experience in beverage flavours is highly preferred, though wider flavour industry experience will also be considered
- Solid understanding of food/flavour applications (technical awareness is a plus)
- Fluent in both German and English (mandatory)
- Strong presentation skills and confident use of MS Office
- Highly customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop and execute new sales strategies
