Job Title: Account Manager – IT Staffing | C2H Hiring

Location: Bangalore , Chennai , Hyderabad

Experience: 5 to 18 yrs.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in IT staffing, specifically handling clients. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment delivery for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key product and service client accounts for IT staffing requirements
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for C2H roles
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams
• Ensure timely delivery and closure of open positions
• Build strong client relationships and act as a single point of contact
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide hiring updates
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain pipeline, reports, and track performance metrics
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts

Required Skills:

• Experience in IT Staffing (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of C2H hiring model
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling clients in Bangalore , Hyderabad and Chennai Markets
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Sales/Account growth mindset

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
