Minimum Qualifications
- Strong selling experience with exposure to multiple channels in FMCG environment
- Strong in-depth knowledge of brand–marketing interface, with solid understanding of sales fundamentals and execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills
- High learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- High emotional maturity with ability to handle complex and dynamic business situations effectively
