• Experience in handling/dealing with government related sales/transactions an Advantage
• Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing
• Ability to stay calm while working under pressure
• Orientation: Mentor/Coach, Detailed, Flexible, Pro Active, Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time
• Skills: Excellent in the following – Leadership, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical, Report Writing, Mathematical and Communication, Technical Marketing
• Solid judgement along with decision making skills
• Knowledgeable with team building techniques
• Proven experience in customer, market research, and developing marketing/sales strategies
• Meets or exceeds test requirements as established by the General Manager/ Managing Director
• Have a working knowledge of operations including an automated workflow system for both digital and press production
• Familiar with ISO Documentation and Processes
