BEV Products Sales & Marketing Manager – DACH Region

This position is responsible for accelerating the commercial expansion of LiuGong BEV products in DACH Region, with a strong focus on sales growth, key account acquisition, dealer activation, and market promotion. The role combines business development, product selling, commercial strategy, and hands-on market execution to drive rapid adoption of electric machinery across the Nordic region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Revenue Delivery
- Take lead responsibility for achieving annual sales targets of electric excavators, wheel loaders, and electric machinery portfolio in DACH Region.
- Develop and execute country-level sales plans, including volume targets, pricing, discount frameworks, demo strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Identify and close new business opportunities across multiple sectors (rental, municipalities, construction contractors, recycling & waste, ports, airports).
- Lead regional tender responses, commercial quotations, and customer negotiations.
Key Account Acquisition & Strategic Business Development
- Build and grow partnerships with high-potential customers, including:
- Major rental companies
- Government and municipal infrastructure organizations
- Large contractors and corporate fleet owners
- Zero-emission or sustainability-driven project owners
- Develop tailored solutions for key accounts, including CO₂ reduction proposals, TCO savings analysis, and custom charging solutions.
- Convert demo trials and pilot projects into long-term purchase agreements or framework contracts.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities using structured key account management (KAM) processes.
Dealer Enablement & Commercial Support
- Strengthen Nordic dealer network capabilities to sell and support electric products.
- Coach dealer sales teams on value selling, competitive differentiation, and customer engagement.
- Drive dealer marketing execution, including open days, roadshows, demo events, and joint customer visits.
- Monitor dealer performance, ensuring alignment with LiuGong’s electric product strategy, pricing, and brand standards.
Market Activation & Brand Promotion
- Lead regional marketing campaigns to position LiuGong as a leader in electric construction machinery.
- Plan and execute exhibitions, roadshows, demo tours, and customer engagement events.
- Develop selling materials, case studies, electric product presentations, and digital content for the Nordic market.
- Track competitive dynamics and adjust commercial actions for market advantage.
Pre-Sales Support & Solution Selling
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer site visits, application evaluations, and charging solution consultations.
- Support customers in evaluating suitability of electric equipment for specific applications, climate conditions, and duty cycles.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and ROI/TCO calculations to win new business.
- Coordinate with product and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
Market Intelligence & Commercial Insights
- Continuously analyze Nordic market trends in electrification, sustainability requirements, local incentives, and competitor activities.
- Provide structured feedback to product teams on customer needs, feature requests, and emerging opportunities.
- Identify growth segments and recommend targeted commercial strategies.
Requirement:
- Fluent in German and English
- Above 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry and work with dealers
- Have experience on sales and product experience on product of excavator/roller/forklift/wheel loader/agricultural machines and so on.
- Good communication skills
