If you've spent years as a software engineer before moving into product, and you're now building with GenAI every single day, this role was written for you.

🔍 What You'll Own

✅ Build and ship AI-powered clinical and enterprise workflows end-to-end ✅ Design and prototype agentic AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, orchestration) ✅ Author technical specs, PRDs, and API contracts ✅ Translate ambiguous healthcare problems into production-grade AI features ✅ Work daily with engineering and design as a true triad - not just a requirements writer

🎯 What We're Looking For

🔹 10+ years across software engineering, product management, and AI

🔹 Full-stack engineering capability - you write production-quality code

🔹 Hands-on GenAI and Agentic AI experience (LLMs, RAG, agents, inference)

🔹 Proven track record of shipping AI products from 0→1

🔹 AI-native mindset - Claude, Codex, Cursor are part of your daily toolkit

🔹 B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech in CS, AI/ML or related field from a top-tier institute

⭐ Bonus Points For → Healthcare or regulated domain experience → Open-source contributions or personal shipped AI products → Master's in CS, AI, or Data Science
