What You'll Do
- Ensures that customer accounts are dealt within a timely and efficient manner,
- Develops accounts, building up regular business and encouraging any new
- Develops and maintains effective business relationships and/or close working
area especially operations, business development and sales departments to
secure optimum sales volume of profitable contracts.
- Ensures that all procedures are completed and that quality standards are met.

- Familiar with operational process, spending time on the operations hub, followingthrough transactions as they progress and reporting back to the client as necessary.
- Generates leads through environmental scan of prospective clients, government agencies, or including but not limited to educational institutions through the mediums provided by government agency directory, newspapers, business magazines, and research tools available online or through the internet.
- Targets prospects by getting the pertinent background information including but
- not limited to existing services, process flows, volume and decision-makers.
- Presents proposals after having gone through the research and planning relevant to selling services by setting up a project team with SBU’s concern within the organization, especially Operations, IT, Billing, among others
- Follows through periodic client calls, emails, and telephone calls
- Prepares the necessary service agreements and or contracts which will herald closing of sales
- Supports the Project Manager in the development of project progress reports and updates with client account .
- Prepares weekly sales reports and current event updates (newspapers, stick market, environmental scan) to determine new project , mergers, etc. that will help analyze any available opportunity.
- Attends monthly commercial and management team meeting
- Leads in the preparation of commercial proposals with the support of the solutions design team .
- Responsible for top quality account management function and encouraging new business.

- At least 2-3 years experience in the same field or industry in a managerial capacity
