Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Sales Manager at Mark Mazda, you will oversee daily sales operations, manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, and develop effective sales strategies to ensure targets are met. You will also build strong relationships with customers, provide guidance on vehicle options, and maintain a customer-focused environment. Additional responsibilities may include tracking performance metrics, resolving customer concerns, and staying informed on current market trends and inventory.

• Proven success in sales management or a similar role
• Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management, and reporting tools
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans
• Customer service expertise with a focus on creating positive client experiences
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed
