Attessa Capital is an investment management firm (Registered Investment Advisor) serving high-net worth individuals, family offices, and corporations. The firm is based in Tucson, AZ, and has a satellite office in Phoenix, AZ.

Things to Know About the Firm/Job:

  • This is a full-time, in-person job at our Tucson, AZ office.
  • Although background or experience in finance or the financial industry is preferred, we are more focused on finding a candidate who is smart, independent in their work, and willing to learn.
  • The culture of the firm is very important to us. While there is an emphasis on customer service and professionalism when dealing with clients, internally, the environment tends to be relaxed, flexible, and non-bureaucratic.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle onboarding of new clients and leads communication with clients throughout the process. This includes determining and communicating with clients the necessary accounts to set up, proper account transition process, which account features to add, and other related items.
  • Handle client requests. This includes communicating and determining with clients how to transfer money or securities, adding beneficiaries, converting account types, setting up new account, making changes to an account, and many other related items.
  • Main receptionist for the firm. Answer and direct phone calls, send calendar invites, etc.
  • Monitor transaction and account changes including: trades, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, changes to client information, account registration changes, etc.
  • Prepares client correspondence and reports
  • Main office manager. Responsible for maintaining office supplies, office organization, finding/hiring for any one-off issues with the office, etc.
  • Periodically pickup documents from clients
  • The above list is not comprehensive, but is meant to give an idea for the type of work


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Required:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer/software skills
  • Strong attention to detail


Desired:

  • Experience with a financial services firm, ideally a Registered Investment Advisor
  • Experience w/ Charles Schwab (i.e. Schwab Advisor Center), or comparable experience w/ TD Ameritrade, Fidelity, Pershing, etc.
  • Strong financial literacy and understanding

Salary:


  • $40,000 – $80,000, depending on background/qualifications
