Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter/Onboarding Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive talent acquisition efforts, manage the onboarding process for new hires, and ensure a seamless integration experience. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us attract top talent and foster a welcoming environment for new team members.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels including social media, job boards, and ATS.
- Manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through employee orientation, ensuring all documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
- Conduct employment background screenings.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to track applicant data, employee records, and onboarding progress.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on talent management initiatives such as succession planning and employee evaluation processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to understand staffing needs and coordinate recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Engage in cold calling and lead generation activities to attract passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and managing relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- High School Diploma require, higher education is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years experience of full lifecycle recruiting. (A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of years of experience)
- Strong phone, computer, and internet skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Must have strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
