We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who thrives on identifying opportunities, spotting patterns, and improving performance across digital campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, asking smart questions, and turning insights into action.
You’ll work closely with our paid media, creative, and account teams to optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms while helping guide broader marketing strategy through thoughtful analysis and recommendations.
What You’ll Do:- Monitor, optimize, and improve paid search and paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive research to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, and performance gaps across campaigns and make actionable recommendations.
- Help shape campaign strategy through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
- Build clear, client-friendly reports that communicate results and next steps effectively.
- Collaborate with creative, social, and account teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
- Assist in evaluating SEO opportunities and search visibility trends through research and analysis.
- Support tracking, attribution, and analytics efforts across campaigns and platforms.
- 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, PPC, SEM, or campaign analytics.
- Experience working within platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity for how campaigns perform.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights in a clear, strategic, and actionable way.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and search strategy concepts is a plus.
- Agency experience or experience working with professional service industries is a bonus.
