We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Content & Social Marketing Manager to lead content strategy, organic social growth, and brand storytelling across a fast-growing B2B environment.


This role will own the organisation’s LinkedIn and social presence, creating engaging, insight-led content that builds awareness, credibility, and engagement while supporting wider marketing and growth objectives.


You’ll act as the lead content marketer and copywriter, developing scalable content programmes, executive thought leadership, and multi-channel campaigns across social, web, and nurture activity.


Responsibilities of the Content & Social Marketing Manager include:

  • Leading LinkedIn and organic social strategy to grow brand awareness and engagement
  • Creating compelling B2B content including thought leadership, campaign messaging, and executive social content
  • Building and managing content calendars, publishing schedules, and repeatable content series
  • Developing high-performing social copy, storytelling formats, and engagement strategies
  • Supporting CEO and senior leadership visibility through ghostwriting and executive content support
  • Collaborating with Brand, Creative, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns and assets
  • Monitoring social and content performance, using insights to optimise engagement and growth
  • Supporting proposition education, category building, and demand generation activity


The successful Content & Social Marketing Manager will have:

  • Strong experience growing LinkedIn and organic social channels for a B2B brand or senior leadership team
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn best practice, content performance, and audience engagement strategies
  • Experience creating scalable content programmes and editorial plans
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of how content supports awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Confident collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, sales, leadership, and creative teams
