We are looking for an Account Manager to help deliver marketing projects for Samsung across retail and digital channels. This role involves working on campaigns, product toolkits, online content, and product launches across a range of categories.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of retail stores within a structured call cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and store leadership teams.
- Drive sales performance through product advocacy, coaching, and in store training.
- Ensure Samsung merchandising, displays, and brand standards are consistently maintained.
- Identify opportunities to improve retail execution and provide market insights and feedback.
- Support new product launches, retail activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide regular reporting on retail performance and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support campaign execution and retail initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- Previous Territory Manager experience, ideally within consumer electronics or technology related industries.
- Strong relationship building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in retail sales, field sales, account management, or a related environment.
- Confident using technology and learning new systems and products quickly.
- Full New Zealand driver’s licence, access to a personal vehicle, and flexibility to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
