You Will
- Manage a portfolio of clients independently with focus on large clients
- Support campaigns through the whole lifecycle
- Ensure client satisfaction and high retention
- Regular performance reporting to clients, persuasive QBR presentations for large clients
- Ensure timely payments
- Negotiate business terms and doing upsell
- Push optimizations to meet client goals and internal goals
- Internal reporting on campaigns and individual performance
- Mentor for junior colleagues (new AMs and jAMs) in campaign management area
- Drive company-wide or local projects in account management
- Build expertise and being go-to person in some areas of knowledge
- Experience in account management, managing large clients
- Experience in e-commerce and/or in retargeting
- Persuasive communication, experience in negotiations and presentations
- Some experience in developing others would be an asset
- Strong problem solving skills, quantitative skills, very good command of Excel
- Good track record, success cases in the previous role(s)
- Strong and clear motivation, being able to self-motivate
- Advanced English
