What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Relationship Management
- Assist in maintaining and nurturing client relationships from project initiation to completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with SR. Project Admin, project managers, and other team members to support project goals
- Help coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, client interactions, and changes
- Use CRM systems to track project progress and client communications
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures under supervision
- Ensure all costs are tracked and reported accurately
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Assist in conducting quality checks and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute project reports and updates
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- Implement solutions that align with client goals and company protocols
- Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Ordering Supplies: Manage inventory and order necessary supplies for the office and project sites
- Assisting with Front Desk Duties: Provide support with front desk tasks, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence
- Proven experience in project administration or a similar role in the construction industry. (Not Required although it is a plus)
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations. (Not Required although it is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Regularly required to sit, use hands, talk/hear, and operate computers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate active construction sites
- Work both in office and field environments; outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Exposure to dust, machinery, noise, uneven terrain, and site-related conditions
- Occasional extended hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines
