Account Executive (Hybrid Sales & Account Management)
Location: Hybrid (Chicago / North Shore preferred)
Travel: Up to 50%
Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $100K+)
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer / Leadership Team

· Identify and contact vehicle owners with active recalls
· Engage lost or high-value service customers
· Increase service revenue and retention
· Control communication strategy internally
Recall Insight enables dealerships to identify opportunities, communicate with customers, and track results in real time.
About the Role
We are hiring our first dedicated sales hire to own the full sales cycle and manage customer relationships post-sale.
You will help build the sales process, refine messaging, and contribute to a scalable growth engine.
What You’ll Do
· Prospect and secure new demo appointments
· Run full sales cycle from prospecting to close
· Lead demos and communicate ROI
· Manage post-sale relationships
· Drive up-sell opportunities
· Travel to meet dealers and support accounts
· Refine sales process with leadership
What We’re Looking For
· 3–5 years B2B sales experience
· Automotive experience preferred
· Full-cycle sales experience
· Entrepreneurial mindset
· Strong communication skills
· Comfortable in fast-paced environment
· Willingness to travel up to 50%
