What We Need From You:
- 2+ years of experience working on Employee Benefits accounts in a brokerage setting
- EPIC
- Life & Health License
- Mid-sized group accounts
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
The Position:
- Provide a high level of customer support to clients
- Check in with and distribute contracts with carriers
- Coordinate and attend open enrollment meetings
- Maintaining and keeping up-to-date with knowledge of legislative updates and industry information, and updating clients on industry insurance
- Assist clients with Online HRIS and Benefits Administration systems: ADP, BeneTrac, bSwift, Ease, Employee Navigator, etc.
