Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support organizational growth and objectives
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering professional growth and high performance
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change, culture enhancement, and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Manage performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct workforce analytics and prepare reports to inform executive decision-making
- Develop and manage HR budget efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
