What your job will be

  • Act as the main point of contact and trusted partner for merchants on a fast-growing e-commerce platform
  • Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with top-performing merchants
  • Identify and plan growth opportunities to expand category performance and increase market share
  • Develop and execute innovative collaboration methods to support merchants’ short- and long-term business objectives
  • Research and monitor competitors and market trends to identify future focus areas and strengthen the platform’s position
  • Drive business growth and expansion through close cooperation with cross-functional teams
  • Meet key KPIs and deadlines while collaborating effectively with other departments to achieve shared targets


You are the ideal candidate if you

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in an e-commerce environment
  • Have strong experience in influencing and negotiating with external partners
  • Are growth-oriented and execution-driven, with a proven ability to deliver results
  • Possess solid analytical skills and are confident working with sales and performance data
  • Are highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude
  • Are a self-starter and structured problem solver
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Are fluent in both Hungarian and English


Advantages

  • Experience in the FMCG and/or Fashion sectors
  • Experience in startups or scaling ventures
  • Background in B2C platforms as a Category, Account, or Product Manager
  • Previous experience in e-commerce from both platform and merchant/brand perspectives
  • Strong network of contacts among brands and distributors
