Role Description

National Credit Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Account Executive to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA. The Account Executive will play a key role in managing client accounts, developing relationships with business finance brokers and business owners, and implementing structured solutions for debt mediation. This role requires a confident communicator with strong consultative sales skills and the ability to guide clients through complex financial situations.


Responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored debt mediation programs, managing the onboarding process, and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients to ensure successful outcomes. You will work closely with underwriting and negotiation teams to deliver strategic, sustainable resolutions for businesses facing financial hardship.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales pipelines, including discovery, presentation, and closing stages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, partners, and finance brokers
  • Assess financial documents, cash flow statements, and lender positions to determine program suitability
  • Collaborate with underwriting to develop structured repayment and mediation strategies
  • Provide clients with clear expectations, timelines, and ongoing communication throughout the mediation process
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to production, client engagement, and deal flow
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and follow established sales processes
  • Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times


Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in financial services, business debt, alternative lending, merchant cash advance (MCA), or similar industries
  • Knowledge of alternative lending practices and creditor hierarchies
  • Ability to analyze financial data and create sustainable repayment strategies
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
  • Business development skills with a track record of generating and managing pipelines
  • Comfortable discussing sensitive financial challenges with empathy and professionalism
  • CRM proficiency (experience with LeadTrac or similar systems is a plus)
