For this position we are prioritizing candidates with specific industry experience and existing relationships within the safety services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
  • Participate in business development efforts to expand relationships and uncover new prospects (see note below regarding work hours).
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, safety personnel, etc.) to meet client objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and solutions based on client needs.
  • Proactively communicate client feedback, requirements, and expectations to internal teams.
  • Manage multiple client projects concurrently, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Forecast and monitor key account metrics, such as revenue, margin, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and project progress

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client services—preferably in industrial services, safety, or construction-related industries.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Educational Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and communicate them effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • High attention to detail and time management.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Primarily office-based role with occasional site visits.
  • Flexible hybrid work opportunities available.
  • Minimal physical demands; must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Occasional travel may be required to visit client sites or attend meetings.
