About The Role
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of greenhouse operators
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations
- Close new customers and expand accounts over time
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support renewals and retention
- Work closely with product and engineering to bring feedback from growers into product development
- Represent hexafarms at industry events, conferences and customer visits
- Help build a repeatable commercial engine as we scale internationally
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales
- C2 German
- Strong English skills (B2–C1 minimum), any further European language is a major plus
- Comfortable owning the entire sales cycle
- Highly proactive with strong ownership and accountability
- Able to operate in a fast-paced startup environment and willing to make onsite visits
- Curious and motivated to understand complex industries and customer problems
- Up to €110k OTE compensation package + meaningful equity component
- Uncapped commission with strong accelerators
- A highly international team working on a global product
- Direct collaboration with founders and leadership
