Field Account Manager Running/ Training

YOUR MISSION:
- Drive profitable sales growth, market share, and distribution quality across assigned field accounts
- Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with independent retail partners, ensuring premium brand representation
- Execute seasonal sell-in and in-season activities, including assortment planning, re-orders, and retail activations
- Monitor performance KPIs (sell-through, inventory, productivity) and optimize stock levels and store execution
- Identify market opportunities, gather insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve account performance
- Act as guardian of distribution by implementing international guidelines locally, ensuring the right partners and assortments to support long-term brand success
- Proven experience in field sales, account management, or retail partner management within consumer or sporting goods
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, KPIs, and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, hands-on, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficient in CRM and MS Office tools, with a strong understanding of retail environments and willingness to travel
- Language skills: Fluent in English and Polish, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
